International Orders

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes we offer worldwide shipping.

    If your country by any chance is not listed in the options contact us and we will add it.

     

     

     

Large Orders

  • I want to place a large order, is this workable for you?

    Yes, in some cases we can accomadate large orders. We do prefer to handle this directly.

    In case you are interested and want to know what the possibilities are please contact us.

     

Ordering

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept a vary of payment options. you can pay via Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Sofort, Bancontact, Ideal and Bitcoin.

  • Can I return my order if I don’t like what I get?

    Off course you can, you have 2 weeks to return all your goods to us and get a full refund.

    The shipping costs however you will have to pay yourself.

  • Do you store my Credit Card information?

    No we do not. The payments are handled via our payment provider(s). With that said we do not even get to see your Credit Card information.

  • How safe is my personal information with you?

    We assure you it is very safe. We will not sell/give away/trade your information with anybody.

    We keep the information for ourselves. We don’t like it if our information goes to somebody els so we will also not to it with yours.

  • Is your stock accurate?

    Our stock is almost 100% accurate. However if we find out that we cannot ship your order we will contact you immediately.

     

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes off course you can if it is not shipped yet.

    To cancel your order contact us via; +31(0) 6 81 40 42 25.

    If your order has shipped their is also no need to worry, you can send it back to us and get a refund.

     

  • Can I order over the phone?

    No, we do not accept orders via the phone.

    Our Online shop caters to all payment possibilities we offer, also it shows our entire range.

     

  • Is your website secure?

    Yes of course it is, we use ssl encryption and we work with mollie payment provider.

  • Do you have a shop?

    No we don’t have a physical shop. We are a 100% online shop only.

     

Products

  • Will my laptop fit in the bag?

    on the product page you can see if a bag has a laptop compartment, also the measurements are mentioned.

    If however it is not mentioned and you are unsure, contact us via info@mensbagsociety. We will inform you about the measurements and we will update the page.

  • I am looking for a specific Bag/Brand but you don’t have it online

    We are always open for new suggestions of Bags and/or Brands, so please feel free to let us know. You can do this via our Facebook page, twitter, contact form or drop us an email.

    We can look for the bag you want and if possible we will get it for you, just contact us for it.

     

  • If a product is out of stock will you get new stock?

    If a product is out of stock we will try to get additional stock. With some bags this will be possible with some it will not. We will mention on the product page if it will be re-stocked.

  • Do you sell good quality?

    We only sell bags we think are made with great care and are of good quality. Normally everything we offer goes through our own quality control. If you do not agree on the quality you can send your purchase back and we will reimburse you.

  • Do you have products on stock?

    Yes we do. In order for us to deliver quickly to you we carry from most products stock.

    If we do no not have the item on stock it will be mentioned during the ordering with an alternative delivery period.

  • Do the products you sell have product warranty?

    Yes, in principle all the products we sell are new products which have a standard product warranty offered by the brands they are from.

Returns

  • What do I do if I have a faulty product?

    Send it back to us off course. We normally check all the items we send out but it can happen a faulty one slips through.

    We will send you after we have received and checked the product a new product. It will hardly happen, but when it does we want to take care of it as good as we can.

  • How do I return my order?

    Returning of your purchase is pretty easy. Send the goods in the box you received (or another one) to us. Please inform us before doing so by email.

  • What is your return policy?

    You can return your purchase for a period of 14 days. Check out our return policy for more detailed information about it.

Shipping

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, with our transporter there is always the possibility to track your order.

  • What are the delivery costs?

    For delivery in the NL/BE/DE/FR/UK/Lux we charge a € 5,- shipping rate for all orders. All order above € 100,- will be shipped free of charge.

    The delivery costs for all other countries we can give you if you inform via email.

     

  • When will you ship my order?

    Normally we send your order the same day as we receive your order. In the weekends however it will go out on the monday morning bright and early.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    This is very much depending on where you are at. Normally the delivery time is around 2 days.

    If this changes we will inform you accordingly.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    No you cannot. we can send your order to your house or another address where you would like your goods to be delivered.
